Real Estate Lead Manager

JOB OVERVIEW

Are you looking for a career? You will not be treated as an employee, but as a member of our growing Family Team. We are aggressively seeking a hardworking, dependable, and extremely fun person to fill our role as a Real Estate Lead Manager.

Your role as the Lead Manager exists to:
*reach out to potential sellers through text or email to get a positive response that they are willing to talk with us.
*call sellers who replied back positively and get basic information on their property.
*run basic comps and send potential sellers a letter of intent.
*put all leads into a follow up system.

Overall, the Lead Manager person will be our first contact with the seller, so you should have a positive attitude and love to talk to people.

To apply, you must have:

* the ability to speak and write fluently in American English.
* your own computer with high speed internet.
* a separate, closed-off space in your home office where background sounds will not be heard by sellers.
* contingency plans for power outages, natural disasters, and personal emergencies.
* free time from the hours of 8AM - 5PM, for the Central Time Zone of the US, Monday thru Friday.
* One hour is allowed for lunch.
* a desire to always want to learn to improve yourself and the company.
