looking for a experienced Data Processor to Filter and Format Data into a Proper Mailing List.

Please bid on this project only if you have experience filtering Data in Microsoft Access, and can run custom queries, and write functions to make data proper case, and programmatically split fields ---------- into separate First and Last Name fields.
I have a list containing xxxxx records, that i need filtered by various criteria and formatted into a proper mailing list , exported as a .CSV and following a strict fields order ( Filter criteria and sample .CSV files will be provided.)
