Virtual Assistant needed for Real Estate Investor

Hi there. I am a real estate investor that specializes in probate cases. I am in search of a VA to:

Search probate cases via Casenet and manually record the deceased person FULL NAME and CASE NUMBER (this is important)

The VA will then input the owners first and last name in the St. Louis county assessor website to find if the deceased person owned a home/property.

If the deceased person owned property, the VA will return to casenet, input case number only, find the Petitioner or personal representative of the estate, record the Petitioners address (as well as the attorney’s address associated with the case) and put info on Microsoft excel (mail merge)

There will be about 80 probate cases a week, and only 20 cases may have real property.

The Job pays $3/hr 10 hours a week. Pay will increase and bonuses are included depending on job performance.
