Email Outreach Assistant - Long Term Job Opportunity to build Backlinks for SEO

We are a link building agency providing email outreach services for clients with the purpose of promoting our content and building backlinks to help improve clients rankings on Google.

We would love to hire someone who wants to be part of a team and we will treat you very well.

Most of your time will be spent reviewing and responding to emails. You will have access to the outreach tool Pitchbox where you will reply to emails. You will also add any relevant contacts into a google sheet, which is very similar to an excel spreadsheet.

This is the typical process:
- We send the initial emails and emails start to come into our inbox on pitchbox.
- You reply to all emails and add any relevant opportunities to our google sheet and include their email, domain name and website fee that they have provided.
- We add any content that is required for the website and you email the website with the content.


You will start at a cap of 20 hours per week, but ideally, we would like someone who is interested in moving to 40 hours per week.

We provide start to finish training for every aspect of this position, so direct experience in email marketing is not required.

You must have fluent written English skills.
