We have several brands of products that are mostly sold on the Amazon marketplace and Shopify. We also run some reviewer clubs, giving discounts to customers in exchange of their feedback to our products.
We’re looking for somebody who will be the voice of our business and will interact with our customers to make sure we meet and exceed their expectations of our brand. Making sure that we attend to their needs to keep them happy.
We aren’t looking for a general VA but somebody who can be a vital team member who will take ownership of all customer communications.
We’re just starting to grow out our team of specialists and this is the perfect opportunity for champions who are willing to learn and grow with the team.
As in all relationships, communication is essential to our team. We do weekly team meetings via video calls and a weekly one on one conversation with the company’s CEO just to catch up. A meet up somewhere in the Philippines is planned for this year as well.
We believe in working hard and playing hard so it’s important to have fun on the job. A sense of humor is important :)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to
- Reaching out and follow up with customers who have issues and making them happy.
- Document and track customer queries so everything is responded to quickly and nothing is missed.
- Create and keep updated various systems and SOPs important to your role.
- Read customer reviews on other products and summarize the negatives and positives.
- Always be trying to improve the customer’s experience by providing suggestions and feedback to us about how we can be better as a company.
- Maintain your knowledge and expertise with the products that we sell.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written English.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Highly optimistic.
- Excellent communication skills and a fun personality.
- Team player who can also work with minimal supervision.
- Patience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Full time availability. 8 hours per day. Monday - Friday. May also need to work for 1-2 hours on weekends depending on the company's needs. (Holidays for Easter, Christmas and New Year but not other Filipino holidays)
- Great internet connection and reliable power.
- Attention to detail. (On the sixth question on the application form please let me know your favourite book and why you like it).
