JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a long term position with full-time opportunities
To support the business owner to provide bookkeeping services for their clients.
Mainly bookkeeping using Xero and Receipt Bank (full training is given)
Data Entry, Reconciliation, Spreadsheets
You will create some Operations Manuals for your tasks (full training is given)

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Loves and understands numbers
Is accurate and methodical
Enjoys working on a computer and learning new software and skills
Is detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
Enjoys problem-solving

QUALIFICATIONS or WORK EXPERIENCE:

Good Highschool Math qualification (or equivalent)
Knowledge of Spreadsheets is preferred
Knowledge in using Xero and Receipt Bank is preferred but not required (full training will be provided)
2 years experience in bookkeeping is preferred but not required
Basic Accounting experience is preferred but not required
Knowledge in using Asana is preferred but not required

PAY AND BENEFITS

Starting Pay rate: ---------- PHP per hour based on experience and performance
You will get paid on a Tuesday via Transferwise
Bonuses will be paid for exceptional work
Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
You will be given holiday pay after your probabtionary period
We pay 13th month as standard (pro-rata)
You won’t be expected to regularly work unsociable hours

We are a specialist VA recruitment and business training company. Our client helps small business owners with their bookkeeping. We are looking for someone who loves numbers and has great attention to detail to help grow their business. We train our clients to work effectively with remote workers so we will be on hand to support you and our client during the first few months of your engagement.

You will be employed under contract directly with our client and we will not take any ongoing commission.

We are always looking for great talent, so if you are available for full-time work but our client only requires part-time work, then we endeavour to find you additional work as needed.
