Amazon Search or API Data Scraping and Database Windows Program

Hello,

I need an Amazon.com Product Advertising API, or some kind of amazon search page scraper Expert for this Project.

This will be a standalone program that requires some kind of licensing structure, most likely a license key will be given to a user and that license key will be only allowed to be registered once at time of install or some varation of.

What I want is a program, Windows 7 Based, that can make a query on amazon's product search using a keyword. This will be just the basic use of it.
The queries for searching will have a few variables that can be dictated by the user ie maximum pages, .com/.co.uk, Category, search type etc.
The main use of this will not be to do single searches, but multiple searches based off of keyword lists.
Plus these searches will be able to be scheduled and run daily, weekly etc.

The data the searches gather will include different aspects of an individual product listing.
This data must be added to some kind of database within the program, and/or to an excel spreadsheet that the user save separately.

This database must track all the searches made for all the different keywords and other variables.

The database will be used to create some reports and graphs based on the data that is gathered by searches and added to the database.

If you know of some limit on the amazon api, then perhaps some kind of scraping mechanism will be needed to bypass the limits put on by amazon
This is the basic understanding of what I need for you to do as a windows software programmer.
Most likely additional features will be added after the necessary features are created and a beta program is developed and distributed, along with some finalized software.
