Facebook video ad expert

I am looking for a Facebook video ad expert who can deliver excellent video ads for e-commerce. 24h delivery is necessary. Must be open to design the ads according to my ad template & structure but I am also open for new designs and inputs, good communication is very important! Will get an order of currently 3-6 new video ads every Wednesday and Friday. The potential of scaling and full-time employment in the future is possible & striven for! We are trying to find good fits and slowly build a full-time team for the future!
