Amazon Dropshipping Store management

am looking to start a new Amazon store from scratch. I am looking for an employee who has experience with all aspect of running a successful amazon business and does not need training.

I am looking for someone who’s experience in E-Commerce drop-shipping business.

Experience with sourcing products and Order fulfillment and tracking orders, who know to navigate amazon seller ---------- n place orders with different suppliers such as Walmart, Wayfair, All Modern, Overstook, Staples, Home Depot, Canadian Tires, Bed Bath and Beyoung, Zoro and more.

Must have customer and technical support over the phone, chat and email experience.

Should be able to:

Finding items that will sell and have a profit margin of at least 8%
How to handle customer sevice
How to keep metrics in good standing
Provide with daily sale report

DO NOT apply if you cannot build a successful store. I need someone who will built the store from scratch.
