Graphic & Web Designer

Hello! My name is Justin and I operate a small web design and branding agency called Levitate Creative. I'm a designer myself, but I'm looking for someone who can help out with our design projects. While meeting deadlines is always important, our main focus is on putting out the best creative concepts and very high quality designs. So the ideal candidate must have a great eye for detail and utmost professionalism. Strong, creative typography skills desired. You will work closely with me as the Creative Director to fulfill creative briefs on each project.

Responsibilities include various graphic design tasks and projects such as:

-Creating full identity systems from a logo for a brand - business cards, leatherheads, envelopes, and other stationery.

-Creating logos or tweaking/improving existing logos.

-Creating Brandbooks (style guides) for clients, complete with typography, color palettes, brand textures & patterns, taglines.

-Using inDesign for catalog layouts

-Creating digital mockups of branded collateral such as placing logos and graphics on hats, tshirts, building signage, etc.

-Creating animated social ads/web banners using Bannersnack software (will provide my account)

-Designing wireframes for websites

-Designing custom website mockups in Photoshop.

-Creating branded sales materials & presentations to show clients (Taking content from a text document and designing with our brand in Illustrator or InDesign, and creating a PDF).

-Creating Animated GIFs

-Creating custom icons for websites

-Editing photos in Photoshop

Not required but a plus:
-Short video skills
-Hand drawn illustration skills


Candidate must have good organization skills. I work with ClickUp and Dropbox for managing tasks and files. If you're not familiar with ClickUp, but are familiar with Trello, it's very similar but better!

I'm looking for someone I can grow with and eventually hire full time, but this position would start off as a part time role, paying between to $Upgrade to see actual infoper month, around 10-15 hours per week. This may be negotiable based on talent level and portfolio.
