Sales rep/Account manager for digital marketing Agency

Type position: Hourly rated > 30-40 hour/week. Ongoing and fulltime job for the right candidate.

Working time zone: I am based in Sydney, Aus at +11 GTM. (Usually travel to Asia time to time). Applicants may work in their local time zone.

Daily report and accountability:
• At the end of each day, I will expect you to provide a short Basecamp/Asana update listing what you finished that day, what you are working on next, and deadlines at risk of being missed.
• I will expect you to log your time daily, with detailed descriptions .

Proposed compensation: $ 3.56 per hour +% commission according to set goals

Daily work description:
• Constantly researching and building a client database for the agency. Classify by niche.
• Prospecting clients according to the niche.
• Make first contact. By email or by call.
• Set appointments for you and the client. Video call / Call.
• Run strategy calls and get depth information from the clients.
• Sale the agency services. Offer the best solution to each client. Close deals.
• Keep track of all processes on CRM Software.
• Record all calls in order to improve sales pitch.
• Keep contact with client to deliver services.

Weekly work description:
• Report weekly tasks and goals achievements.
• Keep up to date all processes in CRM.
• Maintain contact with clients to keep them up to date on their services.

Quarterly work description:
• Review and refine sales process in order to get the perfect script.
• Help out to standardize the sales process for the future hires.

Potentially harder task skills:
• Handle client complains. Solve client disagreements.
• Customer service.
