Script Writer for youtube videos

I am looking for script writers that can take a subject and write around ---------- words of a script for a youtube video, usually a "top 10" subject about fitness.

The job will be an on-going job with multiple scripts a week.

Must have excellent english, ability to research the subject and structure a clear script for a commentator to read before creating a video out of it for youtube.
