Property research and administration

Hello, I am looking for help to carry out research in the UK property market, including:
- Evaluating supply and demand in various areas
- Searching for large companies and employers, and asking them if they have a need for accommodation for staff
- Searching through ads of people looking for accommodation and directing them to our properties; answering any queries they may have.
- Collecting the contact information of other landlords advertising properties to rent.
- Social media marketing

I am looking for someone to work with long term, who can work hard, flexibly and accurately, and who has excellent written and spoken English. Experience of working in property would be an advantage.
