Experienced Research Analyst

Our team is looking for an experienced Research Analyst to join our real estate appraisal team. You will be a pivotal support resource working closely with friendly and warm staff to provide exceptional real estate services.

What you'll do:
• Listed to and follow-up on detailed instructions on appraisal assignments.
• Conduct research and gather data on real estate properties.
• Conduct analyses on real estate properties to draw economic conclusions.
• Draft reports to include charts, tablets, pictures and write-ups.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with appraisal team.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master's degree (preferred: Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering and Marketing)
• Prior experience as analyst or similar position
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong research, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
• Positive and proactive team player

Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Duration: 8 hours
