Write a minimum of 10 pages article/blog about how to get out of credit card debt

Hi, I would like to have a minimum of 15-page article/ebook about how to get out of credit card debts. I want the content to be relatable to the masses. If you copy+paste even a portion of your writing from another's work, please include the source so that we can recognize it as well - we don't want to be accused of plagiarism, do we? Although I would strongly suggest that you write it in your words.
