T-shirt business project manager

Hi,
I am looking for someone who can manage building a t-shirt design business.

Tasks:

Do design research, identify trending and best selling designs,
be creative - think of variations - decide which designs should be created
design the t-shirt design yourself, or organize the designs from a designer
edit the designs - changing the text (names, profession, city, hobby, quote,etc.), to get more variations of the design and lower the price per design
list the designs - with optimized keyword listing texts at merch by amazon and other t-shirt platforms
scale it by using the designs also on other products - not only t-shirts, but mugs, hats, etc.
monitor the sales stats of the designs

Goal is to build the business and scale it by creating variations of designs and texts to get to a low price per t-shirt design and see what works well and what not. Then go on ordering new designs to grow.

What are your experience and qualifications? Are you experienced in designing the t-shirts?

Are you experienced in the research? How do you identify designs with good sales potential?

Which tools are you working with?

What would you need from my side?


You must be aware of the requirements for designs on different t-shirt platforms.

Requirements:
I need the design delivered in the correct format
4500x5400px (others for teespring etc.)
300dpi
need it in psd, ai, png
design should include ---------- sign should include graphic
text and colors must be ---------- sign must be suitable for a black t-shirt
Need the permission/right to edit the design
