Need Personal Assistant For My Interior Design Business

Looking for somebody that is familiar with Interior Design and Architectural work that is willing to do lead generation and nurturing. I am currently receiving messages and leads from Thumbtack.com, and would like my assistant to speak with the customers, define the requirements for the projects, scope of work, budget, etc. Once you have spoken with the lead and confirmed that the project is a fit for us, I could use assistance answering the customers questions, doing AutoCAD drawings for the Project, and other project related activities.
