We are in-need of a super star Account Manager to help us manage a Seller Central Account. Hiring ASAP.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Independent and capable of making decisions. If something needs to get done, don’t ask if it needs to get done - just do it.
- Takes initiative. A lot of things need to get done. Don’t ask what to do next.
- Creative. Must know how to edit images using photo editing software like Photoshop; add texts to images, mock up images etc.
- PUNCTUAL. We need someone who is consistently available as much as possible.
- Marketing experience
- Great familiarity with the Amazon Seller Central platform
- Great understanding of Amazon.com protocols / rules / regulations
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel / Outlook (communication is exclusively via Outlook).
Responsibilities include:
* Creating FBA Shipments and follow ups
* Answering customer
* Creating detail pages, including but not limited to:
- Editing images for Enhanced Brand Content and main images
- Composing product titles, bullets, and descriptions, while taking into consideration customer searches and questions
essentially addressing the question before it is asked through information content of Detail Page.
* Negative Seller feedback removal
* Contesting Product Reviews
* Opening cases with Amazon
* Downloading Amazon-related reporting such as:
- Business Reports
- FBA Reports
- AMZ Alert
- Advertising Report
- Sales Reports
* Organizing reports using Excel. Some knowledge of Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP will be extremely helpful, but not required.
* Going through listings/offers to check for:
- correct category placement
- up-to-date images
- Buy box percentage
Note: This is a FULL-TIME work-from-home job. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm PST. Freelance, agencies need not apply.
