Podcast/Vlog Manager

I want to start a Podcast and vlog series for my personal brand call;ed "The Garth Tubbs Show". I am going to do video recorded interviews with guests and bi-weekly recap videos of things going on in my life. I want to turn them into 20 minute video podcasts and also audio only podcasts (For Both Video social media platforms like Youtube, facebook etc. and Audio only platforms like Spotify, apple podcasts etc.) . I also need someone who will manage my social media accounts for the show like making scheduled posts on all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter, Spotify and any other Audio/Video platforms.
