Looking for a video editor that knows how to create an explainer video

We have a 7 - 8 minutes video that is based on a book preview. This is a business type video.

You will be working with an Australian client and time is flexible as long as the deliverable will be on time. Needs to be detail oriented, proactive and has initiative in his/her task.
