Job Title: Virtual Assistant

We are an innovative Natural Healing company that creates information and physical products designed for people who want to heal at home. We are looking for an energetic virtual assistant that has a passion for detail and customer service. This person will help us handle customer service, keep our website up to date and grow with us as our company grows. This is a full time position.


Handle emails. Answer customer service emails using templates, take phone orders, send important emails to owner, delete junk emails or make filters in g-mail, schedule appointments, download audio files and post on wordpress website, research to find ingredients or vendors for products. Update websites. If you can edit video or write articles that is a plus.
