If that excites you, I invite you to read on…As one of our WordPress Developers, you’ll be responsible for keeping our network of client WordPress sites running at optimal performance, while introducing new features to continually drive better ---------- addition to this, you’ll be responsible for interpreting new website designs and transforming them into high-performance PHP & SCSS code using our in-house WordPress themes and plugins.

Your WordPress Development savviness will see you conceptualising and delivering the best possible solutions for our client’s website problems with respect to tight but fair timeframes.

Code editors, SFTP, the WordPress Codex & our own theme documentation is where you’ll spend the majority of your time each week creating, refining and delivering WordPress development solutions.

Boredom is something you’ll never experience in your role (we guarantee it!), as you’ll be working on a wide variety of projects and development tasks across a wide variety of different websites (static, dynamic, membership, news, e-commerce, landing pages, lead generation etc) across a wide range of industries.

You will be a key player in the WordPress Development team and be empowered to own this position and drive what you believe is the best solution for our clients and customers.

Who we’re looking for

- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on web development experience (not just re-skinning existing WordPress themes, but building web applications and WordPress themes from scratch)

- Availability to consistently work between 8am-4pm Philippine Standard Time, Monday to Friday. Must have a fast, reliable and stable internet connection (you will be required to submit your Speedtest.net results)

- A strong passion for all things about technology and website development - you’ll likely subscribe to all the industry-leading blogs and content sources on web development and web technology and have studied best-practice techniques

- You’ve directly implemented websites and web applications that have solved business problems

- Creative thinking and out of the box problem solving that fixes web development issues in a timely and efficient manner

- You love writing semantic, compliant and valid code that is D.R.Y, maintainable and scalable

- You have a basic understanding of common business online tools in the areas of CRM, EDM, CRO & Analytics

- You have a basic understanding of Search & Social Media Advertising in the areas of SEO, PPC & Remarketing

- You understand the in’s and out’s of WordPress, best-practice techniques and correct theme template hierarchy

- You pride yourself on punctuality, self-discipline, accountability and achieving goals

- Want to work in a team where speed, agility, and results are valued over ‘bureaucracy and hierarchy’
