ebay dropshipping customer service and order fulfillment

I am looking for someone that is familiar with eBay drop shipping and can handle customer service and order fulfillment.

you will need to learn how to use auto-ds and sales freaks to manage items and fulfill orders. most of the ordering is semi-automated and not difficult.

customer service requires you to handle general customer questions and returns/refunds through Amazon.

you will also need to fill out excel sheets for returns and sales to help keep track of things
Easy tasks, nothing complicated.

this job should only take 2 to 3 hours a day to complete, once you learn how to do it proficiently.
once a day you will log in and complete all the tasks.

I will teach you how to use the software, and the general processes you will need to manage customer service issues on eBay.

I will onboard you until you can do it all by yourself and help you with any difficult issues.
