We are a real estate investment company looking for an outstanding communicator to make cold calls to prospective sellers. We need someone with outstanding communication skills, tremendous energy and empathy, and the ability to read the queues of prospective sellers over the phone and adapt accordingly to build rapport and establish real communication to truly understand the seller’s needs. You must have a real passion for and interest in people to thrive and enjoy this work!
Your job will be to build rapport, understand seller’s needs, qualify their motivation, and set appointments for our Acquisitions team to meet the sellers and see their properties. The focus is on QUALITY – quality conversations, quality rapport building, and quality leads.
We provide detailed training and coaching – learning and skills development is a constant discipline for us and you must be highly motivated to learn, work with constructive feedback, and develop each and every day!
You will be using our Mojo 3-line dialer and expected to make 200+ calls per day. You will enter leads into our CRM tool and ensure smooth handoff to the Acquisitions team.
Position will be for at least 4 days per week
