We are a digital marketing and software company with tons of products under our brand. We’re looking for a rockstar customer success representative to join our team and help our customer with software issues and help them succeed.
As customer success rep, you will be the face and voice of our company and all its brands.
You will be communicating directly with our new and existing loyal customers and making sure they feel taken care of and help them maintain their trust on us.

Key Job Activities:
- Respond to all technical tickets on our support desk and maintain an avg. response time of 3hours.
- Follow up with customers in case of a pending ticket
- Debug/replicate the error/bug mentioned by user and report to dev team for fix
- Help customer understand our software if they are confused or misinformed
- Be persuasive and willing to go the extra mile to help customer
- Connect with customers on
- Coordinate with dev team regarding customer support queries
- Willing to work EST and IST hours
