JOB OVERVIEW

Would you like to be part of a well-known women’s fashion brand from New York?

Looking for an exceptional customer service that is motivated, disciplined and can work in a fast-paced environment.

This will be a long term full-time job, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (8 hrs/day with an hour break) during Mondays to Fridays, with lots of potential for growth, development (and raises!) within the team.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

-Exceptional English skills including American slang/culture (both written and spoken) as your main role will be to keep our customers, influencers, and ambassadors happy and satisfied with our products and services. There can't be any grammatical or spelling mistakes when replying to emails or social media messages.
-A phenomenal personality to keep our customers engaged, calm down difficult ones and think of ideas to serve the best overall customer experience.
-Must be disciplined and on top of your work, if we need to ask you if a certain daily task was done or checked, you will be let go.
-Your role may change over time so we really need someone who is reliable, flexible and willing to learn and grow with the team.
-Must be Instagram and Facebook savvy as you will be moderating these channels and responding to customers there.
-Extremely organized and detail-oriented (Write the word “Red” on your subject line so we know you’ve read the entire post)
-Someone who is not afraid to express your opinions on which areas we can constantly improve on and passionate about how we can flourish even more
-Most importantly, we need someone with great work ethic, and no attitude issues.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (but not limited to):

-Checking on emails daily and making sure all customers are responded to in a carefully thought out and timely manner
-Answer live chat messages on Facebook and ----------
-Moderate our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram). This includes replying to comments and answering DMs on our main page and meme page.
-Moderate paid ads comments (facebook ads).
-Save tagged photos/stories of customers, ambassadors, and influencers daily and upload to google drive folder.
-Every now and then, you will also be asked to conduct some deep web research to help out the team on different topics.


A BONUS IF YOU HAVE:

- Some graphic design/photography/editing skills and have good aesthetics. Please include any links of your previous photography, graphic, or writing work you would like to share. (it’s okay if you don’t have any ;))
- A DSLR or an iPhone to record clear photos and videos
