Lead Generation & Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

I am looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who wants to grow with me.

Duties:

Generate leads via the following way:

1) Email Marketing Campaigns (should be proficient in design and mail chimp)
2) Writing Personalized Email to clients - Sending 75 personalized new emails per day + follow up emails.
3) Finding Doctors on Facebook
4) Sending Direct message to Doctors
5) Possibly Linkedin Marketing in the future, so this is a bonus skill.

I'm looking for somebody who genuiley wants to make this a long term position and grow with my company.

I am looking for somebody who wants to work 10 + hours a day because they want the company to be successful and they them selves want to evolve in the company and earn more by providing more.

I have a very generous compensation plan that includes base salary and commission. This is also a very lucrative industry in the health care space, selling our service to Doctors.

This is an opportunity to not only have a base salary of $250 CAD, but to earn a residual income for each client we get.

I will put you on a growth plan to get you to a level where you will earn $1000 + and it is achievable if you are hardworking.

With each client I acquire, you will earn an additional residual income of $100.00.

So when you get 10 clients, that is $1000.00 in residual income + $250 base salary = $1,250 per month.

I am a pleasant person to work with and an understanding manager, at the same time very demanding and have high expectations and standards. It is my job to get the most out of you.
