Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least Vocational / Bachelor / College Degree - any course
Preferably - MALE
With TELECOM EXPERIENCE is an advantage
Must have Driver's Licensewith Restriction No. 1 and 2
Knowledgeable and well experience in handling Telecom Technicians
Can start ASAP
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Responsible for dispatching the team/technicians in the field daily
Responsible in monitoring the assigned SO/Tickets if completed or not
Responsible in hourly and daily report of the status of the assigned SO/tickets of his team to the Area Supervisor
Responsible in monitoring of the KPI of the team (MTTR/MTTP/RTI/TI/SQI) daily and monthly
Responsible in consolidating reports in the afternoon to be submitted to the Area Supervisor
