We are seeking a customer support representative with sufficient web development knowledge to debug client issues.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be paid a full-time salary; but will realistically only be spending a few hours daily responding to inquiries. You must, however, be available to respond to inquiries immediately during most hours. You will respond to tickets via
At the least, we expect you to be monitoring our support channels between 10pm-6am PHT/9am-5pm EST (including weekends), although 12pm-8am PHT/11am-7pm EST is preferred. You can respond to inquiries via your mobile device, so do not always have to be on the computer to respond. You can even set audible alerts on your mobile in case you fall asleep. However, we expect you to be responsive throughout these hours. Most client inquiries can be answered in seconds by referring them to the appropriate section in our FAQs.
Basic understanding of the following is required:
- PHP
- JavaScript
- Regex
- Server configurations (Apache Virtual Hosts, .htaccess, Nginx Server Blocks, etc.)
- Developer Tools to debug JavaScript errors, insecure content errors, etc.
