technical Customer Support (Email, chat, phone); transfer help portal to another site

Hello:

Small electronics product, Flipper TV Remote Control for Elders, is looking for a customer support representative to manage email, chat and telephone support. Full understanding of the product is required.

Also, we would like to transfer the support page form Zendesk to another helpdesk, possible Wix Answers, and add some features.

Part time is ok, as we do nto get a ton of support iniquiries, but we want to experiment with chat and telephone.
