JOB OVERVIEW

As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, making calls, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

Job Description: We are currently seeking a virtual assistant to assist with administrative and clerical duties. You will work as an independent contractor and be paid weekly on a per hour basis with the opportunity to earn bonus checks of $100 for each successfully closed real estate transaction that you played a role in acquiring from your online marketing/cold calling efforts. This position will consist of weekly hours totalling 15-40 hours per week at a pay rate of $4.00 per hour. There will be a 2 week training period and weekly training material sent out as well. Below is also a list of skills and potential duties that you may perform.

Requirements:

-Must be able to speak, read, and write in English very well
-Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
-Be proficient in Chrome and Google (email, calendar, etc)
-Data Entry Skills
-Type at least 45 WPM
-Possess the ability to research and skip trace properties
-A pleasant attitude and good work ethic.
-Must have a computer/laptop with a good internet connection
-Must have the ability to attend weekly video team meetings



Duties may include(but aren't limited to) the following:

-Manage Social Media Pages for the business
-Manage Online lead generation
-Follow up with Potential Sellers and buyer verbally or in written form
-Communicate with attorney or title company in regards to closings
-Send and Manage contracts to sellers and buyers
-Set and confirm appointments/showings wìth buyers and sellers
-Research potential properties for ownership and deed type
-Research the related comparables to the potential property
-Complete a property lead sheet
-Scrub lists and skip trace sellers
-Manage Direct Mail Marketing campaigns
-Schedule traveling
-Follow up with mentees who we currently mentor
-Reach out to old clients for a referrals
-Order business cards
-Respond to emails
-Screen buyers, sellers, potential tenants
-Market properties currently for sale or for rent
