2) Search out negative reviews to try to get them reversed.
3) Create Standard Operating Procedures documents in conjunction with the owner on all of the tasks at hand.
4) Keep tabs on Seller reviews, commenting on all.
5) Extract product reviews from AMZ and add them to listings on shopify webpage.
6) Review current PPC and make recommendations,
7) Handle all correspondence with clients that email in through shopify and amazon.
8) Some phone support.
