I am the MD of a small but rapidly growing publishing house based in the United Kingdom.
I am looking for a highly professional and intelligent team member who can work full time to carry out my marketing work and some basic admin jobs for me too. I would say the split would be approximately 75% marketing and 25% admin (including personal admin).
I'm looking for someone who can help promote my non-fiction titles online and drive traffic to my Amazon url's.
The qualifications I need are:
1. Excellent English skills - especially in the written word
2. Previous marketing experience - you need to have expert SEO skills (I'm only interested in white hat practices please) and ideally have experience of other marketing techniques including social media maximisation, article marketing, blog and forum posting etc.
3. Great reporting skills - I need someone who can demonstrate what they have delivered for me on a weekly basis by sending clear, concise reports outlining activity completed and on-going.
4. I need a highly organised professional person who is efficient at managing their time and sees themselves as a crucial member of the team.

I will pay salary on a weekly basis to start with (first 2 months) until we have built a trusting relationship.
