JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there,

I am looking to hire a full-time permanent staff member to join our friendly E-Commerce company.

We are hiring a Quality Assurance/Customer Service Representative to work with our custom printing brand.

Your role will be to:
• Review photos submitted by customers to ensure that they meet our criteria for printing
•??Emailing customers if their photo is not good enough quality
• Keeping a Trello Board and Google Drive Folder accurate and up-to-date
• Keeping in touch with customers when they reply with new photos

The role is very simple but can also be quite demanding. You will be fully trained on the role by myself, the CEO, and you will always be supported by our managerial staff and other team members.

The working hours are not set ones - you can work when you like - but it would be preferable to have Western working hours (I personally work 9am - 5pm GMT usually).

The role would suit itself to someone who wants to work two shifts or three shifts per day if 1-2 hours per shift.

You will be:
• Checking the Google Drive for new photos received
• Moving photos which meet criteria to a new folder and moving Trello cards too
• Moving photos which DO NOT meet criteria to a different folder and moving the Trello card too
•??Emailing customers about bad photos, to try to get a replacement photo (we have a template which you will just copy and paste, it's easy)
• Whenever you receive new photos from a customer, you will assign the email to me so I can handle it from there

I am looking for someone with experience in the following areas:
• Customer Service
• Google Drive
• Trello
Email

We're looking for someone eager to start work immediately at a rate of $3/hour.
