JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We’re looking to bring on two new faces to our expanding company in the field of customer support.

As a backdrop, we’ve been around since ’08. If our company were a person, we’d nearly be old enough for a PG-13 movie! We currently sell products to, and assist Real Estate agents to better market themselves in their local markets. Disrupting the norm and bringing in a new perspective on RE.

We strive to provide nothing but the best customer service experience. And in doing so need competent people willing to take on the toughest of challenges with a smile.

Qualification’s Needed:
- Prior Phone, Email, and Live Chat support experience. You will be handling a large number of tickets and need to be well experienced with a large workload.
- Experience using Google Suite. E.g Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets.
- Must have a ***EXCELLENT*** command on verbal and written English.
- Stable Broadband Internet Connection.
- Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A peaceful, clean and quiet working environment.
- Your own Laptop/Desktop w/ an external microphone.
- Willingness to learn and listen.
*If you have references from past employers it would be preferred but not required*

We’re looking for candidates in/around Manila *ONLY* as we would like to provide physical onboarding for the first two weeks of your tenure.

JOB DETAILS:
Position #1 & # ---------- PHP Hourly – Paid Weekly
This equates to 40,000 – 44,000 PHP (per month)

Hours of Operation:
- Position #1
Monday – Friday
9 AM – 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Position #2
Monday – Friday
12:00 PM – 9 PM Eastern Standard Time

Both positions have 2 – 15-minute paid breaks daily with a (not paid) 1-hour lunch break.

Other notes relating to the position is one is geared towards more of customer retention and working with customers to keep them happy, whilst the other is geared towards assisting customers with logging into our software services, sending orders to print and dealing with generalized support issues that arise.

We use: Hubspot, Infusionsoft, Magento, Asana and Slack. If you have experience using these platforms, great! If not, appropriate training will be provided.
