You will be trained in two different areas, U.S. Patent and Trademark Law and Real-Estate sales and marketing.

For Patent and Trademark law you will (1) prepare draft emails to clients, (2) monitor and update docket information for deadlines for all matters (3) draft letters and documents required for U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (4) prepare interesting articles on topics that interest people (5) advertise for the firm on social media websites and other sites (6) other legal tasks once you learn the law.

For Real-Estate you will (1) post adds on website like Craiglist on a daily basis, (2) find and post advertising for apartments on other websites and source (3) respond to email from prospective tenants (4) review emails regarding properties and identify properties that we can invest in (5) prepare offers to purchase property in California (6) other tasks that help with advertising and management of the property.

Required Qualifications
1. Strong English Writing Skills
2. Attention to Details and Checking To Make Sure You Are Not Making Mistakes
3. Good with Computers and Social Media
4. Following Directions Closely and Being Efficient With Your Time
