Looking for SEO knowledge Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a long term SEO Gal or Guy and will be my virtual assistant. You will be required to do the following:

1. Build websites (copy and paste)
2. Daily High Quality backlinking
3. Build Citations
4. Possible other tasks
5. You must understand SEO and know what to ---------- structions for each project will be provided.

This will be 15 hours a week to start. Then I will give you more hours if you do well.
