Are you looking for an awesome job that's not only
fun, challenging, and enjoyable, but also pays you
more money the harder you work?
If so, then please listen carefully. Our growing
company has a fantastic job opportunity available
for a Customer Support (CS) / Virtual Assistant (VA)
Member that can meet certain criteria.
And I have to state upfront, this job isn't for
everyone. We're looking for a very unique person
to fill this job.
We're looking for someone that would also enjoy
contributing ideas and sharing their thoughts,
while they do their job.
We're basically looking for a talented, hard working
person that would like to become a valuable
member of our team. And you can do this job
completely from your home if you have a high-speed
Internet connection.
Not only do we work on fun and challenging projects,
but as the company grows so does everyone's SALARY! :)
So this could be a wonderful opportunity for you!
Not only could you have an exciting job
but you would also enjoy knowing that as you do
a great job you'll continue to be rewarded for
it with more money.
Too many companies just want to hire people for a
low salary and get all the work they can out of them.
We're much different! We know the success of our
company is based on the success of our team members,
and that's why we believe in creating a fun work
process and rewarding those that deserve it.
We're really looking for that special person that
could become a 'superstar' on our team.
Someone who would love their job and love working
with our team.
Here's just some of the criteria that this person
would meet:
- Has their own computer and highspeed Internet
connection.
- Speaks, Reads, and Writes good English.
- Can work from home without distractions.
- Can use Skype.
- Has a PayPal account.
- Is willing to learn new things. Can easily
be trained in other skills.
- Can work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Can work during United States daytime business hours (California time)
HAS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- GET THE JOB DONE. The primary requirement is "Getting
the job done." This means: Can the team member DO the job
assigned, or is there always a complication of one kind or
another? This ability to get the job done quickly and
accurately without excuses or complications is the most
valuable trait a team member can possess.
- PERFORM AT 100%. Our team members come first. We
employ people who have an innate desire to perform at
100 percent. We reward them accordingly. That's "the deal".
The natural outcome is we serve our customers well.
- EXPERIENCE. Customer service/support experience by phone and email.
- PLEASANT VOICE. Has a pleasant and understandable phone voice.
- DO WHAT IS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMER. We do whatever it takes
to ensure the quality of service to our customers is
unmatched anywhere.
- HAVE A SYSTEMS MINDSET. Unlike most companies, our team
members are not "fire fighters", jumping from problem to
problem. Rather, we think of ourselves as "fire prevention
specialists". We follow documented systems for all tasks,
and we enhance the systems as needed. This means that we
don't manage problems. Instead we work on system
enhancement and system maintenance in order to prevent
problems from happening in the first place. The result
is a much more pleasant and efficient work experience.
- ENGLISH MASTERY. Mastery of the English language is
critical. Clear and understandable communication within
the company, and with customers and vendors, is required.
We are aware of how we sound and what we write. We do
whatever we can to improve. We are patient as another
team member corrects us.
- VALUE SELF-IMPROVEMENT. We study to improve our skills.
A STEADY diet of reading and contemplation is vital to
personal development. It is a matter of self-discipline.
- MEET DEADLINES. We are deadline-obsessed. If someone
in the organization says he or she will be finished
with a task or project by a certain date and time,
then he or she commits to finishing by that deadline.
- WORK ON COMPANY TASKS. When working on company business
time, we work hard on AGI business. We keep focused on
this work, and in turn the company pays very well.
That's "the deal." The workweek rarely exceeds forty hours.
- WORK AS PART OF A FRIENDLY TEAM. We strive for a social climate
that is serious and quiet, yet pleasant, serene, light and
friendly. AGI is a nice place to work, and we like to have fun too!
