Can you research a commercial property(Auto Collision shop) and estimate the Monthly income.

I have a Auto Collision shop that the owner is asking for a projection of how much money the shop would make a month, the local commercial lease amount(per sq.FT) for that building. I would need you to research the car accident rate in the area and how many cars can be serviced in the building, expenses etc.

I also have need for the researcher to find property owners for another business.
