Job Description:
This job includes managing multiple (2-3) Sales Development Reps (SDR's) locally in the Philippines. The role of the Sales Manager is to manage SDR's that will be setting appointments for a US based Sales Consultant to hold over the phone or an in-person meeting. The Sales manager will be responsible for training and holding SDR's accountable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Training SDR's on phone and
· Holding Sales people accountable for daily outreach and hitting goals both weekly and monthly
· Assist in creating and maintaining incentive programs to motive SDR's
· Motivate, coach, and assist in the development SDR's
· Assist with implementing policies and procedures.
· Monitor and coach calls.
· Assist in training.
· Provide liaison updates to the Director regarding performance, productivity, disciplinary issues, etc.
· Responsible for weekly/monthly appointment goals
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing 2-3 SDR's. This role will entail close overview of the SDR's reporting to the sales manager to ensure goals are being met and SDR's are being held accountable for quality and quantity of work. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for CLOSING
SDR's will be paid $750 with a bonus when a sale is closed.
