The main responsibility of this job is as follows:
a, through the mail, telephone, online instant chat and other tools to deal with Amazon customers' problems asap, to ensure that customers enjoy a good buying experience here.
b, through our own communication and service, let customers remove negative reviews, or update a negative review into a positive one. Or ask customers to share a positive review.
