The Social Media Manager administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising and is instrumental in managing the company’s content related assets. He/she must be able to develop, implement and review a social media marketing plan as well as be open to learning new tactics as they emerge in this growing segment of our world.
Responsibilities include:
• Deliberate planning and goal setting with clear objectives
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation using solid content, promotion , engagement and conversion strategies
• Content management
• SEO and generation of inbound traffic
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant and high-quality content
• Knows how to leverage the right tools to manage content.
• Able to analyze and communicate results while maintaining KPIs
Qualifications:
• Relevant experience required
• Highly motivated and creative with a strong passion for connecting with customers
• You must be detailed-oriented, highly analytical and an excellent communicator
• Up to date with latest trends and best practices
• Willing to work on shifting schedule
• Organized and a team worker
• Can work under minimum supervision
• Book of followers, influencers and brand ambassadors a plus
