Assistant Resort Manager, Kalipay, Siargao

Kalipay, a beautiful new resort on the fabulous island of Siargao started taking guests in January 2019 and we are looking for a looking for an Assistant Manager. This position is ideal for someone ambitious looking to have a great work opportunity. Someone who is willing to consistently introduce new ideas, ensure guest happiness and directly benefit from the success of the Resort.

Basic Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a senior role (preferably as a Manager) in a boutique hotel or a high quality hotel/resort
Familiar with controlling a channel manager
Experienced at managing booking.com and Airbnb.com listings
Experience of managing staff and payroll
Available to start within the before 18th May 2019
Food and beverage experience a bonus

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Experience of guest liaison and ensuring guest happiness
Able to problem solve, plan, lead and stay calm in a crisis

Honest and friendly
Must be able to provide references

The package:
6 days a week with 8 hour plus breaks working day, but must be flexible and willing to work longer hours when necessary.
Starting salary of P35k a month
1 meal a day
