Customer Service independent agents

e-Commerce company based out of USA looking for 20 more customer service reps working from ---------- t interested in BPOs, we will only hire individuals looking for long term stable job.

The job is a full time 40 hours / week, long term job easily lasting more than 1 year term. Many of our reps has been with us for more than 10 years already.

To qualify - you must be able to write and comprehend United States English well.
Have a stable internet connection and a desktop and power backup.

Pay will range from USD $1.50 - $8/hr + bonus & vacation ---------- pending on experience and abilities.
Job duties includes but not limited to:
answering emails, chats, phone related to customer service.

Training will be needed for 3 month, pay during training:
Day 1 - reading a guide.
When ready - taking a quiz.

After passing the quiz, training starts.
Month 1 - $1.50 learning the basics of answering emails.
Month 2 - $2 - learning how to answer chats.
Month 3 - $2.50 - depends on performance. If still needs improvement it will stay $2
Month 4 - training done - on your own, salary at that time would be based on your performance.
