We run a multidimensional digital marketing agency that serves heart-centered & purpose-driven entrepreneurs. We help them to build and scale their businesses by developing offerings and brand, creating content and leveraging social media to build their audience, growing their list and launching their courses, managing their community, building marketing and sales funnels, finding outsourcers and creating strategies for expansion and growth.

We are looking for an implementer who can assist with serving clients and managing our own online marketing strategy! Most of our freelancers stay with us for years because of the positive, uplifting, supportive and flexible environment we provide. We are looking for someone to grow with and stay with us long term.

This role involves managing communities, scheduling social media posts, communicating with sub-contractors, supporting us with content creation and more.

OVERVIEW & REQUIREMENTS:

Full time (6-8 hours per day Monday through Saturday with 1 or 2 days off per week. Some Sunday we will need you on for a few hours. We work when necessary and expect our team to be available on weekends. If you need certain days off, we are open for it upon request, but expect to always be available. Our business is our LIFE and we want you to value being a part of our business too).

Work from home - must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS), reliable computer (minimum 4 GB RAM), smartphone (as we use many phone apps and will need you to use them as well), web camera (as we do have face-to-face meetings all the time - no exceptions!)

Working on U.S. Eastern Standard Time (10 am - 7 pm) - must be available (and used to working) during these hours (with a meal break and few other small breaks - we promote working in time-blocks and will want you to rest a few times during the shift)

Compensation - will be based on your experience and qualifications, and discussed during your interview.

Super smart!!! You know how to Google and YouTube things before ever asking “how do I do this?” (we provide very clear task instructions but if there are ever additional questions you must be willing to go out of your way to figure it out instead of asking us questions that have answers online)

An incredible self-starter - the type of person who thinks to do something before being asked.

Impeccable attention to detail, a great communicator & very reliable

Supportive and super hands-on with a quick response time (we work on EST, and cannot afford to have long lapses of response time)

You love repetitive, structured tasks

Works well under pressure & tight deadlines

Straightforward and doesn’t need to be monitored

Appreciates and welcomes constructive feedback - you have thick skin. It’s OK to make mistakes, but must learn from them and same mistake cannot be made more than once.

You love leading and managing others and taking charge in make the deadlines. You must be able to manage the owners’ priorities if necessary along with sub-contractors and any other team members if necessary

You manage your time wisely and love being independent and virtual, yet part of a team

You are high energy, you believe in doing inner work on yourself to show up as best as possible for life

You are willing to work for 30 days to test and see if we're a good fit before settling at a permanent rate.

You love and understand technology! If you don’t know something, you are resourceful enough to figure it out.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Wordpress and ClickFunnels-based sites - upload blog posts, videos, edit if necessary and always be learning

Manage email marketing: create emails out of video transcribes, schedule and monitor analytics

Help with creating monthly marketing calendar

Create and schedule social media content out of video transcriptions

Troubleshoot tech issues as they arise (or coordinate with software support teams if something is out of your skillset).

Design graphics using Canva (or Photoshop/ PicMonkey)

Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter and Google Plus social channels (this also means adopting our voice and helping to manage our community and our clients’)

Edit videos by adding intro, outro, subtitles

Manage Podcast episodes publishing
