JOB OVERVIEW

For (only) 2 lucky inside sales associates with experience and success, following up on and nurturing qualified leads (NO cold calls). Work only a 30-40 hour week

Base pay + Substantial Commission based on performance

This is NOT for the brand new, rank amateur telemarketer seeking a shortcut to proficiency nor is it for the failed telemarketer unable to make a Upgrade to see actual infostead, the inside sales associates who love this change and do well in this position and have been successful, are knowledgeable, have good client management, communication and organization skills, and could continue earning a good living in "regular" telephone sales if they had to, but prefer a set number of hours, with their free time really, totally free to enjoy time with family or other interests and welcome the opportunity to focus on one sales function with pre-qualified leads, the freedom from endless cold prospecting, intense rejection and uncertain, unpredictable feast-famine roller coaster income.

If you have a quality track record, the necessary skills and are ready to come in out of the “constant rejection, feast or famine income roller coaster, regular telemarketing industry”, we have a great place on our unique team for you.

This Candidate must meet the following requirements:

- Must have at least 2 years of telephone experience

- Must have at least 2 years of sales experience

- A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, who are motivated by high earning potential, is detail-oriented, customer focused, creative, enjoys selling and developing new business over the phone.

- Must be team & goal oriented.

- Must be enthusiastic.

- Must be available some evenings & weekends. (eastern standard time, Canada time)

- Must have at least two-year experience in the Inside Sales/Telemarketing field.

- One that demonstrates the desire to meet and exceed team sales goals.

- Must have a working knowledge of CRM’s or Customer Contact databases.

- Must have an excellent high-speed internet connection (please do not apply if your connection is not more than perfect, any loss or delay in connection is not acceptable)

- Must have Excellent Communication Good Spoken Written English (please do not apply if your English is not excellent)
