The Role:
As the company’s Sales Manager, you will be a mentor to your sales team helping them to refine their sales abilities, setting SMART goals, recruiting, and exceeding quotas.
You will responsible for creating the outbound end to end process
The Responsibilities:
• Management of 20-100/monthly medium-to-large sales deals from start to finish: lead, prospect, close, and post-sale
• Timely and effective follow-up for all leads; enroll appropriate
• Every month find new and improved ways of improving sales performance
• Train and manage sales agents
• Present weekly sales performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities
• Create and evolve quarterly strategies, monthly tactics, and daily routines
The Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (Business/Marketing majors preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years experience of related sales experience with at least 3 years in Managerial sales position preferred.
• Fluent in English: written & speaking (minimal accent)
• Track record of superior performance metrics
• Adept at MS office, MS Excel, Google Apps; Experience with CRM tools
• Full time & ability to work United States (PST) hours
• Work from home or any virtual location with stable and fast internet
• A reliable Computer / Laptop
