Role: Operations Executives for Asiapac, Europe, Middle East and United States
Based in: Manila
Reporting to: Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Cross-functional role in organization working with sales, marketing, technical and operations in order to achieve results and client satisfaction
Ensure Customer KPI’s are met and achieved
Manage the e2e order flow and continuously explore ways in which to
improve current process and achieve operational efficiencies
Manage order rescheduling, photographer attendance, and provide coordination between photographers and clients
Participate in the creation of KPIs for photographers and clients to monitor performance
Make sure we are meeting our daily and monthly targets for operations
Review and manage quality control on photo shots for partner projects
Handle customer support questions
Prepare analytical reports to management team

Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the areas of operations or customer support
Must be extremely organised, data driven, can handle multiple tasks
Can work under pressure and tight deadlines
Able to work independently in a physical office environment
Demonstrated good interpersonal skills
Tech savvy
Possess own laptop
Knowledge of Spanish and/or French will be a great advantage
Able to work during Europe and US timings
