Customer Service Representative (MAKATI OFFICE BASED)

- We are looking for someone who can take care of our Amazon stores’ valued customers. You will be contacting them through email, calls and online chats to offer resolutions to their query.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1. College/University graduate (High school diploma is fine as long as you have the skills and work experience required)
2. Customer Service background (E-commerce is a plus but not required)
3. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
4. Hardworking and flexible agents who have experience dealing with difficult customers through phone or email or chat.
5. Can work in shifting schedules.
6. Willing to work on holidays during peak seasons like Christmas and New Year.
7. Fast learner, computer savvy, with self-discipline.
8. Team player with a positive attitude.
