Graphics Designer for t-shirts

I search for a good graphic designer, the designing will be for different types of T-Shirts and merchandise, I offering a freelance or part/full time, I pay per design, I buy up to 10~20 designs per day. The more good designs you can deliver the more will you earn. I will require all rights on these designs and they have to be sold to me alone they can’t be published in any form, no copies, no Trade Marks or anything that can violate copyrights. Please write "Lavender" somewhere in your application. Show me your style!
